SO many brands are bringing out advent calendars now, or are at least making the public more aware of their presence. Let’s not forget that we’re never too old for chocolate calendars though. Here are some of this years beauty advent calendars:
SAVE (under £50)
No7 Beauty Advent Calendar – Boots, £39
I can’t contain my excitement for this calendar!! Not only am I head over heels for No7 products, this treat only costs £39 whilst the goodies inside total to over a whopping £150! You’ll be saving yourself such an incredible amount of money for products you’ll fall in love with. This calendar also contains three limited edition makeup brushes. Beauty and Makeup Advent Calendar – Marks & Spencer, £35
I’m actually pretty excited for this release. Marks & Spencers are releasing a beauty advent calendar with minis of their best-selling items, be it beauty, skin care or tools! It’s not available now, but will be on November 10th!
Tanya Burr 12 Day Beauty Calendar – Superdrug, £25
Imo, Tanya Burr has gone from 0-100 with her beauty line at the moment. I’ve been lusting after all of her new releases, so what better way to try out the brand than purchasing a calendar with 12 goodies? I also think this would be ideal for younger people who are just getting into makeup! Available now. This is currently on sale at the moment for £15!!
House of Fraser Colour Couture Advent Calendar – House of Fraser, £25
This calendar is again, perfect for those who are just getting into makeup, or younger people who love makeup! You get a wide selection of goodies in here including: lipsticks, eyeshadow dusts, makeup tools, mascara, eyeliner and loads more! It’s available now and is exclusive to House of Fraser.
Ghost 12 Days of Christmas Advent Calendar – Superdrug, £25
This one is exclusive to Superdrug so get your mitts on it quickly if you’re a fan of perfume! No secrets have been given away with this calendar, so you’ll have to purchase it yourself to find out what’s inside (I’m guessing a lot of perfume samples though!).
I think we can all agree that Makeup Revolution has been a big breakthrough this year. Their products are so affordable and so good, you can’t complain! This calendar brings you 24 full-size treats for the run up to the big day. If you’re a newbie when it comes to makeup, this might be a good one for you! This calendar is available now at Superdrug.
L’Occitane Christmas Beauty Calendar – L’Occitane, £42
The products in here are worth £80! So you’re almost getting all of these products for half price, but the difference is they’re like a little gift to you every day of the month! You will get hand creams, shower gels, shampoo and even toner in here! It’s available now from the L’Occitane website.
The Magic of Beauty Advent Calendar – Feel Unique, £30
Oooo now this is an exciting launch. If you’re looking for premium and well established brands for a small price tag, this is the perfect advent calendar for you! With the likes of Laura Geller, LUXE, Rimmel, PUR and lots more well-recognised brands! It’s exclusive to Feel Unique and it’ll be available from November 3rd!
Bomb Cosmetics Advent Calendar – Lisa Angel, £25
I hadn’t heard of Bomb Cosmetics until earlier this year, but I can assume they are very similar (and slightly more affordable) than Lush. It includes 24 bubble bath goodies including soaps and bath blasters! Bath time is the best during Autumn and Winter.
Girl O’Clock Rock Advent Calendar – Benefit, £34.50
This little beauty comes with all of your favourites – in mini size! I personally love mini products, because they do actually go a long way considering the small price tag. You can find 12 products in here, including: posietint, they’re real! mascara, lollibalm, dandelion blush, hoola bronzer and loads more. It’s available now on the Benefit website and Debenhams.
W7 Cosmetic Advent Calendar – W7 Cosmetics, £29.95
W7 is another brand that I’ve seen splattered all over the internet and social media. It’s quickly becoming one of those ‘YouTube made me buy it‘ brands with all the publicity they’re getting (good publicity, of course). Why not delve in and get 24 special goodies for yourself or for a family member? I personally think this particular calendar will be suitable for younger people! This is available now on the W7 website and Amazon.
I do apologise, this image is a bit of a spoiler, but look at all of those goodies!! This one is for those who are all about skin care and relaxation. Currently available at boots!

Cheeky Advent Calendar – Cheeky Cosmetics, £50
The formula of Cheeky’s nail polishes are quick-drying, long-lasting and high-shine. I’ve not heard or used this brand before so I can’t comment on what their products are like, but thought I’d include it in this post anyway ☺ But for the price tag, we should expect good things!
Paul & Joe Beauty Advent Calendar – Beautybay, £56
I know Paul & Joe as a fashion company, but I had no idea that they had beauty products too. After doing a bit of browsing, I now think I’ve fallen in love with their quirky cosmetics! You can see in the photo above what the packaging looks like! I really want to try their products now haha! It’s not currently available, but it will be on November 1st on Beautybay and ASOS.
Eclectic Little Luxuries L’Oreal Advent Calendar – Selfridges, £95
Make your countdown to Christmas even more exciting with this! Selfridges have teamed up with L’Oreal to bring you what could be the most exciting launch this season! It brings you 24 luxurious goodies from your favourite brands including: YSL, Urban Decay, Viktor & Rolf, Kiehl’s and more! You’ll get a bit of everything – skin care, beauty products and fragrances! It’s available now on the Selfridges website.
Bareminerals Countdown To Gorgeous Advent Calendar – QVC, £81.50
In this gorgeous calendar you’ll get 24 goodies to open for each day leading up to Christmas. It includes loads of cosmetic products and a cute keepsake key chain! Available for pre-order from the QVC website.
OPI Breakfast At Tiffany’s Mini Mani Advent Calendar – John Lewis, £59.95
Who doesn’t love getting nail polish for Christmas? And when they’re from OPI and Audrey Hepburn inspired, well, you can’t really get better than that. This calendar will give you 25 mini OPI polishes in some of the most stunning colours. It’s also exclusive to John Lewis and it’s on sale now!
The Ritual of Advent Calendar – Rituals, £49.50
Rituals is one of my favourite skin care brands, their products actually work and they smell incredible too. You get 24 luxury treats in this gorgeous calendar! I think this one is at the top of my list ☺ It’s also available in The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden and Norway.
Kiehl’s Advent Calendar – Selfridges, £95
I think Kiehl’s has become so much more popular this year, though I’ve not personally tried the brand (I would like to!) I’ve heard some amazing things. Despite their basic but presentable packaging, the advent calendar is surprisingly pretty and colourful! You’ll get 24 skincare goodies in here and it’s exclusive to Selfridges.
TVCC Luxury Beauty Advent Calendar – The Vintage Cosmetic Company, £99
The aesthetics of this calendar makes me sooo giddy it’s so pretty!! All the items in this calendar are full size and includes everything from cosmetics to tools. It’s available now, you can’t miss out on something as beautiful as this – it includes rose gold products, which are so instagram-worthy.
Ciate London Mini Mani Month Advent Calendar – Lookfantasic, £50
Ciate advent calendars have been circulating the internet for a few years now, and I’m not surprised – look how beautiful they are! You get 22 mini polishes, one full size polish and a cute festive nail file! Absolute bargain ☺ This is available now from various sites – just Google!
The Body Shop Cosmetic Calendars – The Body Shop, £60, £80, £99
These calendars are my personal favourite (family and friends, take note! 😉) and there are three kinds to choose from – 24 Happy Days (£60), Deluxe (£80) and Ultimate (£99). Each box contains a goodie from The Body Shop – be it accessories, tools, makeup, perfumes – who knows! I’m sure the ultimate calendar contains more full-size items than the other two. They are 100% worth the money!
Decléor Advent Calendar – John Lewis, £60
This calendar comes with not 24 treats, but 25! Full of luxurious products you can pamper you and your family with! You even get a special present on the big day!
The Beauty Secret Advent Calendar – Lookfantastic, £70
Lookfantastic is a go-to online shop for all of your beauty addiction needs. So when they’ve got a stunning calendar with over £300 worth of goodies it really is a must! It’s available for pre-order here, and last year they sold out within 2 weeks, so don’t miss out!
Cowshed Advent Calendar – Cowshed, £85
Cowshed have some amazing skin care products which I’m a massive fan of. So why wouldn’t you want amazing skin care products for 24 days? Get some well needed pampering throughout the holiday season with this one! Available now.
Lush 12 Days of Christmas Calendar – Lush, £52.95
Lush’s unique clock face calendar has 12 good-enough-to-eat goodies for you. Be it a bath bomb, shower gel, bubble bar or a body lotion, Lush has ensured that you’re going to smell amazing during the build up to Christmas! Available now at Lush.com and participating Lush stores.
Clarins Advent Calendar – Clarins, £95
Spoil yourself with 24 treats from Clarins’ calendar this year. Packed with the publics favourites, your pampering box will be over flowing! This one is available now and there’s only a limited number, so be quick!
NYX Advent Calendar: Mini SMLC & Shadow – Very, £60
2016 marks a massive milestone for NYX Cosmetics – their products finally became available in the UK! 👐 This year they’re putting their stamp on Christmas with their calendar which contains 12 mini SMLCs and 12 mini eyeshadows. A piece of new makeup to play with everyday?! YES please. This is currently available on Very but will be available in Boots stores on 21st October. Psst, if you didn’t know already, SMLC stands for Soft Matte Lip Cream – don’t worry, I didn’t get it straight away either haha!
ASOS The Beauty Advent Calendar – ASOS, £50
Wooaaah, first thing first, this calendar is STUNNING and the design is so on trend at the moment, am I right? This marble design calendar brings you 24 mini products from all of our favourite brands, including: Burt’s Bees, Nip&Fab, Elemis, Lottie London, Model Co, Cowshed and more. This is perfect if you want something different every day and don’t want to limit yourself to one brand!
Clarins 12 Days of Christmas Mens – Selfridges, £62
Don’t worry guys, you haven’t been forgotten about! Clarins have designed an advent calendar specifically for men which includes 12 of their best-selling products in miniature size! If you didn’t realise, it’s totally ok for men to pamper themselves too! 😛
SPLURGE (£150 and over)
Jo Malone Advent Calendar – Jo Malone, £280
Jo Malone is such a luxurious, established brand who bring us products that are of insane quality, so no wonder the hefty price tag. It’s a gorgeous townhouse design (very popular this year but I’m not complaining, it’s loooovely) with 24 drawers – useful for storage! You’ll find fragrances and a range of skin care products in here! It’s not currently on sale, but keep checking back as it will be from November!
Charlotte Tilbury World of Legendary Parties Advent Calendar – Charlotte Tilbury, £150
How stunning is this calendar?!?! This is one I’d definitely be keeping when it’s empty purely for the little drawer set! You get 12 gifts in this one and I’m sure one is a full size lipstick too (which alone costs £32). Each illustration and quote corresponds to what’s inside the drawer as well which is cute. This is available now on the Charlotte Tilbury website and I believe Selfridges too.
Molton Brown Scented Luxuries Advent Calendar – Molton Brown, £150
This calendar is for you guys who love scented skin care! Molton Brown is one of those brands that I always receive at Christmas, and they’ve never disappointed me! This lush calendar includes shower gels, body lotions and polishers, hair masks, scented candles, shampoo, hand washes and exfoliants and a festive bauble! The contents inside are worth £192, so you’re saving a hefty amount! Available now.
Diptyque Luxurious Advent Calendar – Selfridges, £250
This iconic Parisian brand has launched a very luxurious calendar filled to the brim with their classic and favourite scents.You’ll find mini candles, body polish, facial waters and mini perfumes that will delight your nostrils! You even get a full-size goodie too!
