Hey guys 😀
I don’t know about you, but I love reading people’s favourites of the month, so I’m here to show you mine!
First is a bit of skincare. I’ve been using these two products non stop! I received the Darphin Exquisâge Beauty Revealing Cream (full size £65) in a Glossybox ages ago and I’ve only just started using it :o. I love how thick it is but when applied to the skin it kind of melts down and thins out so you don’t have that horrible slimey feel on your face! I’ve also been loving the Neutrogena Rapid Clear Treatment (£4.99) because it actually works. You apply it to your spots and within a few hours they’ve dried out and they become barely noticeable.
Next is this Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in 415 Pink In The Afternoon (£7.99). Again, this is another Glossybox gem. I don’t usually wear satin/cream lipsticks as I’m too lazy to reapply them every 10 minutes! But I love this warm toned pink! And can we appreciate the sleek packaging?! I also love the fact that the top of the lipstick is transparent so you can see the colour of it – no need to store them upside down ☺
Lets be honest, we all know Barry M is the queen of drugstore nail polishes. I’m sure everyone has owned or at least tried one of these! The shade Full Throttle from the Speedy Quick Dry range (£3.99) is easily one of my favourites. It’s such a neutral, yet summery colour.
Two primers I’ve been loving this month are both from elf – the Shadow Lock Eyelid Primer (£3) and the Poreless Face Primer (£4.70 using this link). The eye primer is a nude colour so it gives you some coverage too, which is always good. The face primer reminds me a lot of Benefit’s Porefessional too, except it’s white and not a nude tone. With the face primer, a little goes a loooooong way.
I’m thinking about doing a review on this soon, as I don’t feel it’s getting the hype it deserves! The No7 Beautifully Matte Foundation (£14.50) is by far one of my favourites that I’ve ever used. It provides full coverage, lasts all day and it has SPF which is always a winner. I specifically love it as it’s oil free, meaning I don’t have to blot my face much throughout the day!
Oh look, another Glossybox item! This Next Make Me Beautiful Bronzer (£8) was featured on my April Glossybox post (…obviously) if you wanted to find out more about the box! I love it because it’s so versatile. I’ve used it as a blush, bronzer and a highlight. The swatch on the left of my arm is all the colours swirled together – so summery!
I actually picked this L’Oreal Color Infalliable Eyeshadow in Magnetic Coral (£4.49 with this link) up in poundland, so I’m not actually sure if it’s been discontinued or if it’s fake. But hey ho, I still love it and I think it’s such a pretty colour ☺
Last but not least is the Kylie Cosmetics Metal Matte Lipstick in Heir ($18 or £14). I’ve been using this like crazy – I especially love wearing it over the Dolce K lipliner! These are pretty tricky to get hold of, but if you’ve got the chance you deffo need to invest in this shade!
That’s all of my favourites – sooo many I know – but oh well it gives you something to read doesn’t it 😛
