Hi guys,
Here is a little insight to beauty products that I’ve been using every day this month ☻
- Garnier PureActive Micellar Water (Combination/Oily/Sensitive Skin)
I used to be a makeup wipe lover, until I read a blog post that said makeup wipes never take all of your makeup off properly, and lets be honest, who can actually be bothered to wash their face every single night? So I had a browse around Boots where I found this micellar water and honestly, I don’t think I’d ever use another product to remove my makeup, it’s amazing! It’s £4.99 and you can buy it here. - Garnier Express 2in1 Eye Make-Up Remover
This is the only product I’ve used that can remove Benefit’s They’re Real Mascara. It’s incredible! All you have to do is shake the bottle, put a few drops on a cotton pad and hold it on your eye for a minute or two, then simply wipe away. It doesn’t leave a greasy feel and the oil in the forumla helps moisturise your lashes. It’s £3.49 and you can buy it here. - Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Makeup Foundation in Ivory Nude
Ugghhhhhhhh, I cannot express how much I love this!!! I actually only tried it for the first time at the beginning of this month and I’ve not stopped using it since! It is a high end product, but it’s definitely worth the money. I love the full coverage it gives and I don’t even feel the need to use concealer over the top of my spots it’s just that good. It’s £30 and I brought mine here. - Benefit’s The POREfessional Face Primer
This product claims to minimize pores and that’s exactly what it does. It makes the perfect base for the Estee Lauder foundation and as I’m a sufferer of large pores on my nose, it really helps my skin look healthy. It’s £24.50 and you can purchase your own here. - Maybelline New York Eraser Eye Concealer in Light
My favourite thing about this concealer is the sponge at the end, I think it really helps get in the nooks and crannys of your face, especially under the eyes. It doesn’t set into fine lines and it definitely reduces the look of dark undereyes which is what I really look for in concealing products. It’s £7.99.. get yours here. - Benefit’s Hoola Matte Bronzer
I only have the travel size as I’ve never used this product until a couple of months ago and I can safely say I will definitely be purchasing the full size one! I have very fair skin, so this product matches well. It’s really buildable and blendable so you can get your desired coverage! I’ve used this as a subtle contour as well, and the mini brush that comes with it really helps get that defined look. I brought the mini in New York so I’m not sure if it’s available in the UK (couldn’t find it online) but the full size bronzer is £23.50 from here. - Sleek Brow Kit in Dark
I’ve used this product for about two years now and it will forever be in my favourites! I love the small brush (it does come with a small pair of tweezers and another brush but I don’t use them) as it helps get that defined line. I use the gel for outlining my brows and creating small strokes to fill them in and I dab the powder on top to set them. There are five shades so there’s something for everyone! It’s £8.50 and you can get your own here. - Sonia Kashuk Brightening Powder
I’d never heard of this brand before, so when I saw it in Target in New York I thought I would give it a try. I’d never heard of brightening powder before either, but after I used this I figured it was very similar to HD powder. It helps brighten the face – good for highlighting and contouring – and it also sets your undereyes. I do apologise, but I can’t seem to find a link to purchase this in the UK! I brought it for $10. - NYX High Definition Blush in Intuition
When I first swatched this, my jaw literally dropped. It’s so pigmented meaning that you only need the tiniest amount for that perfect flush of colour! It really is stunning though as well as very blendable. It’s suitable for all skin tones as you can build the colour up. It has a subtle shimmer in it as well, which is my personal preference in blushes. We can’t forget the super cute bow packaging either. It was £5.50 and you can buy it here.
Thank you for being patient with my rambling 😉 enjoy your day x
